Steps to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly within the mobile application or via email. Follow these simple steps:

Types of Data Permanently Deleted

Upon processing your account deletion request, the following information will be permanently erased from our active servers:

• Personal identifiers (Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Photo).
• Account settings, saved delivery addresses, and customer preferences.
• App activity logs, prescription uploads, and search history.

Data Retention & Legal Compliance

For legal, tax, and regulatory health compliance in Tanzania, certain minimal records are retained prior to final erasure:

• Transaction Records: Financial invoices and order history retained for up to 3 years for tax and auditing compliance.
• Support Correspondence: Customer support communications retained for up to 6 months for quality assurance.

Once the mandatory retention timeframe expires, all remaining records are permanently purged.
